In myopic view you may find any professional over priced or on the other extreme unnecessary, of course you can buy iPhone 13 Pro Max and as per their promo the camera is good enough to be used for film making considering that, real estate photography from the iPhone 13 Pro Max is no brainer and it will save shit load of money. Afterall at the end of the day, all you want to do is update the listing on magicbricks, 99acres etc, a few social media posts here and there. If you are not hiring a professional real estate photographer because of budget constraints and you absolutely can't squeeze in money then it's fine go ahead.

Hiring a professional real estate professional initially looks like a lot of cost with no to very little value however that's not the case, lets understand why hiring a real estate photographer makes sense.

1) More online views: Due to lack of statistical study in India, we are quoting data from Redfin, it's like SquareYards of USA. According to a study listings shot with DSLR professional photography receive 61% more online views than their competitor listings. That's whopping, as a real estate organization you just can't ignore that.

2) Better first impressions: As they say "Love at 1st sight", it's true the 1st impression matters, with supply outstripping demand and inventory overhang of months buyers are king, they have endless options to choose from, make the right first impression so that they would not scroll past your listing snippet, prospect should click and view details of the property. If you get the 1st impression right you will move from “Universe set” to "Awareness Set" that huge.

3) Stellar Quality: Pictures that make the customer stop and watch it in peace all over again. Only if pictures are amazing the customer would stop instead of just scrolling over or ignoring, isn't that what you need. The objective of great quality pictures is to entice users to take action, in our case filling up the enquiry form, the user moves downwards in the buying funnel.

4) Cost effective: Sure, you have to pay the photographer or agency upfront it's a dampner and no one likes to spend money however if you are actively advertising on social media or elsewhere, the CTR (Click through rate, the %age of users who were shown the adv verses the users who click and actually visit the website) will increase, there would be better engagement, better sales and eventually you will end up paying less in terms of media budget eventually making professional photography more cost effective.

5) Improve Sales: Of Course a photographer would not be able to click pictures and sell a horrible property at a bad location on a higher price, he/she is a photographer and not "Harry Potter" for everything else there's Mastercard Oops no, photographer at your rescue. Better content both pictures and videos planned for the complete buyer buying journey would improve the conversion rate eventually getting more sales and improving the brand image over a long term horizon.

6) Sell Faster: A property with better images and videos would make better 1st impression which would lead to making it into the "Awareness set" of buyer and eventually with use of some scarcity technique "5 people are viewing the listing simultaneously" 5 prospects have already visited this site, bingo you sell faster.

7) Save time: As a real estate professional you ace at selling property better, photographers do the dirty work for you, spend time, click pictures, edit them and share the final output with you so that you can focus on things that matter more, Sales

8) Social Media Ready: Agency would not only click pictures but would edit and optimize some images for the social media prospective, your agency is not doing this, oops, sorry to hear that, we do, as a complimentary service we work on a few images and convert them in social media post and share it with the client. We feel happy when we see our images being made live by clients and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our images make it to their social media strategy.

9) Sell at higher price: Property that looks better attracts more customers and eventually can sell faster and sell at a premium in comparison to a property without great pictures.

10) Go Beyond the Competition: Don't you want the competition to bite the dust, we all have that little gladiator spirit within us. Create such stellar content that even your competitor envy you.

11) Create brand affinity: Presentable property listing and videos would create an impression that the offerings are from a professional organization since it would be comparatively much better than the competition which would eventually create brand affinity over a course of time.
