Real estate photography is not restricted to just covering walls and project, it also including covering the lifestyle of the residents living in the property and hence we will try to answer little more holistically and not just restricted to shooting/covering real estate interior shoot.

If you are on a budget using Sony 12-24 G Master lens on cropped sensor camera would also work, from a usage prospective it would become 14-26 mm and since crop sensor body can't capture S log 3, the output would lack stunning details however since most of the users would watch the content on mobile you may still consider the trade off, if you are on a shoe string budget.

At the end of the day it's not just about the camera gears, it's mostly about the skill set, a professional with low specification camera will still be able to take steller pictures and a rookie may have the most beefed up camera setup however he/she may still be able to do a poor job.
