With over 7 years of work experience in real estate we understand what works and what does not when it comes to branding, advertising & promotion, both online and offline. Our photos and videos have the potential to attract the end user towards the real estate property being advertised. We are a team of professional real estate photographers & videographers specialized in interior/exterior/drone (ariel) photography & videography both in horizontal and mobile first vertical format (Online specific) Real estate projects also have a persona which is in tandem with their price point be it an affordable housing project, mid income project, luxury project etc. Before initiating the shoot, we research to understand the project persona, current marketing communication and the project USP, based on which a shoot strategy is developed for both images & videos. The project has to attract the right set of audience & that’s where a well chalked out content strategy (real estate images & videos) comes into picture. The content should be such that it looks inviting to the investors & end users; they should feel mesmerized towards the property.

Since it’s not a standard product hence the pricing would vary from project to project however for prospective we offer a 2 day shoot within Delhi NCR with the following deliverables:-

Stay, Food & Travel cost to be borne by the client Does that sound little bit on the higher side, yes it is and we would like to keep it that ways, in order to create stellar content every single time we spend time and energy on every piece of content, there is a research that goes into the shoot that gets translated in the output. We believe in delighting our customers and once we sign up for the project clients happiness is the only thing that matters even if that means scrapping one piece of content and reworking on it all over again.

If the judging crietaria is purely based on the monetary aspect then yes, there would be cheaper options avaiable,
The reason we are expensive

• Equiptment: Sony A7 SIII, with Sony GMaster 12-24 mm, 55mm, 85mm and 70-200 mm lenses
• Process: Shoot on S Log 3 and color grade the content using DaVinci Resolve
• Output: Content in 4K resolution,
